There are levels of exciting activities that we engage at Academy Science. Bruce Tuckman and Mary Ann Jensen may have been thinking about our team when they present the group development model. We start out with forming, where we jump in as a team and get busy accomplishing those “day to day” tasks. Then we come upon those tasks where we get storming because we really need to address the issues. It does not take long for us to get behind he best ideas that will result in norming success for the whole group. Then we get to performing because we are competent, knowledgeable, autonomous and productive. Someday you should stop by and see us running around getting it all together. Robots, planes, rockets, GIS, GPS, chickens, plants, science fairs, and you-name-its.
